Return & Refund Policy

  • As we prioritize your smooth shopping experience with Sileä, we provide a hassle-free 14-day return window.

  • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is returned and inspected. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for return.

  • For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be issued through InstaPay.

  • Any damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order. In the case of a product defect, the cost of return shipping will be covered by us.

  • Custom-made items cannot be returned and are non-refundable.


Refund Process

  • To initiate a return, please send us an email with your order number at info@sileadecor.com or via WhatsApp on 01065094085.

    • For cash-on-delivery/InstaPay orders, please include your InstaPay-linked phone number.

  • A courier will reach out to arrange the pick-up of the item.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item to confirm its condition, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
